  The Assistant Restaurant Manager, in conjunction with the other Lobby Grill & Bar Managers, is responsible for coordinating the activities of the restaurant’s staff and to deliver quality product and service to restaurant customers

• Banquet Captain (Catering/Banquet)

  The Banquet Captain is responsible for handling all aspects of food and beverage functions including preplanning, supervision of staff during set-up/service/breakdown and administrative duties.

• Banquet Dishwasher / Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping all cleanable items clean and maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas including ballroom kitchen, hospitality kitchen, loading dock and stewarding areas.

• Banquets Public Space Attendant (Catering/Banquet)

  The Public Space Attendant is responsible for cleaning and maintaining all meeting space public areas.

• Bellmen (Guest Services)

  The Bellperson is responsible for representing the resort at the main entrance. They should enthusiastically greet arriving and departing guests according to resort standards. They escort guests to their suites, providing guests with a full orientation of the resort and the suite itself. They also assist departing guests with transport and storage of luggage.

• Busser - Lobby Grill (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Busperson is responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking all service stations, and assisting food servers with table service.

• Cook - Oasis (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Line Cook is responsible for maintaining, setting up, food production and overall quality of all food items cooked in the Oasis.

• Dishwasher - Aunt Chilada's (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Local neighborhood favorite returns to Tempe! Aunt Chilada’s has been serving up delicious Mexican fare since 1986 – and we’re back, re-opening for lunch and dinner as well as private events!

  The Dishwasher is responsible for washing the dishes and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the kitchen and surrounding area. The Dishwasher may also assist the chefs with prep projects that need to be completed,

• Event Manager (Catering/Banquet)

  The Event Manager is responsible for the efficient and professional coordination of any assigned event (wedding, gala, convention or meeting group).

• Garde Manger Supervisor (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Garde Manger Supervisor is responsible for preparing salads, fruits, dressings and cold dishes in a consistent manner to maintain quality standards. This position also supervises cold kitchen cooks and assists with daily production sheets, schedules and Event Orders in the absence of the Garde Manger Chef.

• General Maintenance (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The General Maintenance position is responsible for responding to guest needs and department requests to maintain the entire facility. This involves performing a variety of tasks and trades.

• General Manager - Aunt Chilada’s (Food & Beverage)

  Manage the daily operations of Aunt Chilada’s as directed by the Resort General Manager, in order to maintain high service levels, top quality products and ensure proper maintenance of facility and equipment, while generating maximum revenues and profits through local catering sales.

• Golf Outside Service (HFR) (Recreation/Entertainment)

  The Outside Service associate is responsible for ensuring that our golf guests have a memorable golf experience by providing a cheerful assistance with the guest's equipment.

  The Hostperson is responsible for greeting and escorting guests to tables in the restaurant while maintaining a courteous and efficient dining room operation.

• Kitchen Manager - Oasis & Employee Cafeteria (Food & Beverage)

  Train, supervise and work with all chefs and staff in order to prepare, cook, and present food according to resort standard recipes, providing the best dining experience to our internal and external guests, through food quality, value and service.

• Landscape Gardener (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Landscape Gardener is responsible for maintaining landscaped resort areas to provide a pleasant environment for guests and has extensive previous gardening experience. 

• Landscaping Irrigation Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The Expediter is responsible for assisting the Chef and the servers of the Lobby Grill with the expediting of food to ensure that the food is delivered to the tables in a timely manner.

• Marketplace Cafe Barista (Food & Beverage)

  The Barista is responsible for selling food and beverage to guests in a friendly and courteous manner resulting in guest satisfaction.

• Night Audit Agent (Guest Services)

  The Guest Service Agent/Night Audit is responsible for providing friendly, efficient and hospitable service at the front desk including check-in and check-out service as well as run the night audit process through the PMS system of the resort.

• Oasis Waterpark - Lifeguard (Recreation/Entertainment)

  The Oasis Lifeguard, under supervision, will assist in the safe implementation of water park programs including, slides, wave pool, hot tub, busy river rides and pools. The Oasis Lifeguard will ensure guest safety at all times and complete all other assigned duties. 

• Painter I (Engineering/Maintenance)

  The General Maintenance position is responsible for responding to guest needs and department requests to maintain the entire facility by performing various tasks primarily related to, but not limited to, the painting trade. This involves performing a variety of tasks and trades. A commercial/residential painter/decorator’s activities include the preparation of surfaces; application of coating to surface, faux finishes and wall coverings (brush, roll and spraying applications). It also involves the application of varnishes, lacquers, sealers, stains, water & solvent borne paints; glazes and alkyds paint throughout the resort.

• Payroll Assistant (Finance/Accounting)

  The Payroll Assistant works hand in hand with Payroll Manager to successfully and thoroughly execute payroll operations on a daily basis. Primary roles include daily data entry, entering payroll information into our software, auditing new hire information in our system, audit changes made by Human Resources, garnish wages when necessary, help to ensure that payroll is processed on time, and various payroll projects as assigned by the Payroll Manager.  Ensure that we continue to stay in compliance with employment laws.

• Prep Cook- Aunt Chilada's (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Steward is responsible for preparing all requisitions for supplies for the following departments and Associates: Chefs, Cook, and house people while following the Arizona Grand Resort standards.

• Public Space Attendant - Oasis Waterpark (Food & Beverage)

  The Public Space Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the public space areas, including restrooms, within the water park.

• Security Supervisor (Security)
