Lobby Grill Sous Chef
Come cook in Lobby Grill’s open-air kitchen!
Summary of Position:
The Lobby Grill Sous Chef will train, supervise and work with all kitchen staff in order to prepare, cook and present food according to hotel standard recipes in order to create high end quality food products.
Education: Any combination of education or experience equivalent to graduation from high school
or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required
knowledge, skills and abilities. High school diploma preferred. Culinary or
Apprenticeship program preferred.
Experience: Three years supervisory experience. Meat and fish fabrication knowledge, saucier
experience and scheduling and ordering knowledge. Banquet experience preferred.
Certificates or Licenses: Current Maricopa County Food Handler Card/Certification.
