• Maintenance Engineer III (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual who is interested in growing their career in Maintenance / Engineering! Experience required and equally important is someone who is professional in appearance, service oriented, and who enjoys maintaining a beautiful and historic property!

  The Maintenance Engineer III will be a valuable member of the Engineering department, responsible for everything from basic tasks to more skill-oriented maintenance duties as it pertains to maintaining the Resort facilities and supporting associate and guest needs. This will include responding to guest needs and department maintenance requests including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and kitchen equipment, and includes working with tools to fix, repair or maintain furniture, painting of Resort facilities and decor, and other assignments as requested. This role will also provide knowledge and expertise to Engineering associates on more complex tasks.

• Banquet Set-Up Houseperson (Catering/Banquet)

  This is a great entry level position in our banquet department for a team oriented, strong and dependable individual. Experience is a plus however we are willing to train!

  The Full Time Banquet Set-up position is responsible for manually setting up, breaking down, and servicing all meeting rooms and food functions in accordance with The Scott Resort & Spa’s high standard of quality. We are seeking at two individuals who can work any time between the hours from 5am to 1pm but the more flexibility the better!  Previous set up experience is a huge plus.

• Spa Supervisor (Spa)

  This position contributes to the success of La Vidorra Spa at The Scott Resort & Spa by serving as a supervisor to the spa team while maintaining a focus on consistently providing a memorable and relaxing spa experience for our guests. The Spa Supervisor is expected to be a ‘hands-on’ leader with an exceptional eye for detail and a passion for the spa and wellness industry. Assists in training, scheduling, and motivating the spa team. Reporting to the Spa Director, this role is responsible for the daily operations spa, with a focus on providing a welcoming, personalized and genuine experience for our guests.

• General Manager (General Manager)

• Line Cook (PM) (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Line Cook is responsible for preparation, set-up, and maintenance of all meat, fish, poultry, and other food items prepared in the broiler and sauté station for The Canal Club restaurant.
